H) appreciation of music, visuals and arts in general

 I) healthier: exercise, happiness and lettuce wraps (like kara young ji and sangchu couple)

J) enjoy the life: gwiyomi to everyone u care, walking like jay park on the street, remember the eyes of d.o. exo when you're in troubles and just smile, traveling with mom to kpop concerts, watching doramas and get closer to her, watch the sky while listening to music and it looks pink.

Never Again, Kim Hyung Joon

well, after watching and watching over everything about SS501 on the internet, the last discovery of this year is the great great voice of Kim Hyung Joon, i mean, i'm not considering less the voice of the other members but i saw M! Pick episode 11 and paid attention to the details of the song Never Again, there it was Hyung Joon not getting to the falsetto and the composer of the song saying "again, again" to Hyung Joon and Young Saeng and i had to change the video to a live Never Again, and i was all shaky and my heart was beating arrhythmically listening to the phrases chaining so beautifully between HJun and YS, the chorus, all the voices, and i was trying to breath as HJb was getting closer to his final part... and it just flowed leaving me breathless and so in love.
For being the 2nd song recorded it really showed who they were and eventually everyone of them had the chance to show their beautiful voices. God bless all of you and i wish you to have a long long career, and a happy life. Love your smile Hyung Joon! thank you for that moment.

¿Quien mas sabrá como me siento hoy? para mi ha sido el mas triste y ni siquiera sé si coincide con la realidad, te puedo contar las horas y verás que lo sé o podrías sacarme del error. Es muy doloroso y no se que hacer para que vuelva a tener sentido esta vida. Quizá para ti ha fluido de mejor manera, o quizá no. No quiero ponerte triste, de seguro habrá algún regalo desde muy muy lejos en este día, pon atención. Por mi parte, no es asunto de nadie mas, y nadie más entendería porqué estoy así después de tanto, creo que ni tu lo harías, pero quisiera gritarlo y lo unico que hago es seguir llorando en total soledad con esta obsesión que me ha cambiado la vida. No me dejes estar sola con esto nunca mas.

Stress hives

Trying to ease stress hives (release stress)  with ASMR videos. Let's get experimental.
Day 1.Stress hives condition: outbreak a couple of times a day, really itchy for about an hour, located where there's some kind of rubbing/friction

 Watching the video before going to bed. Delicious, the type of videos that works for me implies to be attended by someone, or to watch someone attending someone else.
Result: All tingles while watching the video, at some point i had to take deep breaths and try to loose my body as my heart started to beat faster and i felt a little uncomfortable,  i still don't know about the stress hives because i didn't have them while watching, i just feel i can go to bed really relaxed.
